A Quality Research On the Burnout of Newly Appointed Female Elementary School Teachers

This research was done in order to identify why new newly appointed female elementary school teachers tend to meet burnout in general school life which naturally leads to tardiness. For this particular project the researcher took gathered information from the follow steps and analyzed later on: observation through participation, group interview sessions, and individual interview sessions with depth.
Information was gather during a time period of 18 months, from March 2nd, 2003 through October 30th, 2004. Observations were made at Bo-Ram Elementary School, while interviews sessions were held at the researcher's 4th grade classroom. Information was gathered through four newly appointed female elementary school teachers with less then three years of teaching experience. Interviews were held from September 2nd, 2004 through October 30th, 2004, totalling 13 different sessions.
To find the key elements of burnout of newly appointed female elementary school teachers. the following three areas were designated as essential areas of research : burnout caused by human relationships, burnout caused by educational activities, burnout caused by non- educational activities.
According to the research, the following reasons turned out to be the causes of burnout for newly appointed female elementary school teachers concerning human relationships: lopsided and spontaneous demands from the administrative areas of the school, lack of specific guidelines of duty along with blockading of one's right to speak clearly of one's mind, the teaching culture of individualism amongst colleagues with in the school along with formal advising systems, a
