다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

This dissertation is the study of expounding the grammaticalized Endings and Particles on the Korean Quotation Constructions (Q.C.). The grammaticalized Endings and Particles on Q.C. have deleted '-h(ㅎ)-' and then contracted in the form of '-da(ra/nya/ja) ha, (다/라/냐/자 하)-'. After that, there is a fusion occurred to be set into the single Particle. Indeed, unlike Q.C., the Endings and Particles have various syntactical and morphological characteristics. Also they semantically have new meanings instead of quotation meanings in which one can transfer the other's speech.
In Chapter 2, the paper categorizes the grammaticalized Endings and Particles by the process of formation. All the grammaticalized Endings and Particles haven't undergone the same formation processes. Endings such as '-danda(단다), -dane(다네), -dapnida(답니다), -daji(다지)' have experienced deletion, contraction, and ellipsis when they are grammaticalized. Endings such as '-dago(다고), -damyeonseo(다면서), -danikka(다니까), and -dani(다니)' also have the process of deletion and contraction, and later they have another process to delete the verb phrase of matrix sentence. The deletion of the verb phrase makes them to be used Endings.
Followings '-irado(이라도), -iraya(이라야), -iradeunji(이라든지) and -iran(이란)' are located in right after the noun. Those are grammaticalized Particles in the form of 이라 and 하. On the other hand, those such as '-deorado(더라도), -deoramyeon(더라면), -deorani(더라니), and -deorago(더라고)' are grammaticalzed Endings in the form of '-deora ha-(더라 하)'. Some types of ‘-ira(이라)-' and '-deora(더라)-' have undergone the process of deletion, contraction and fusion, and others have deletion, contraction, ellipsis, and fusion.
After grammaticalizing, those above have gone through the transition by morphology and syntax. In the morphological way, -da handa(다 한다), -da hane(다 하네), -ira haedo(이라 해도), and -deora haedo(더라 해도) have been reduced to -danda(단다), -dane(다네), -irado(이라도), and -deorado(더라도). In a syntactic way, those have become the simple sentences from the complex sentences. Also those have a restriction of the subject or Prefinal-Ending, which have never occurred in Q.C.
In chapter 3, I have examined individual grammaticalized Endings and Particles. I study the processes on how they have been formed and some samples that have been treated with the grammaticalized Endings and Particles among the similar forms. I also study that there are any similarities and differences existed between already established Endings('-eo(어)' and '-myeon(면)') and Particles ('-nin(는)' and '-man(만)) and grammaticalized Endings and Particles. I believe that the semantic differences on the grammaticalized Endings and Particles actually came from grammatical and pragmatic usages of Q.C., not accidental incidences.
Unlike already established research, I newly introduce the '-nra-' type of '-nrago(느라고), -nramyeonseo(느라면서) and -nranikka(느라니까)' and the '-ilra-' type of '-ilrago(을라고), -ilrado(을라도), -ilranikka(을라니까), -ilramyeon(을라면), -ilranda(을란다), -ilrapnida(을랍니다) and -ilrane(을라네), and (으)ㄹ라 as the grammaticalized Endings on the Quotation Constructions. Besides them, I regard '-dapsigo(답시고), -daessja(댔자) and three Connective Endings,'-dago(다고), -jago(자고) and -jani(자니), as the grammaticalized Endings on the Q. C. as well
