국문 초록 (Abstract)

'天地人' 동양 사상은 하늘과 땅, 그리고 사람이 이루는 천지인 사상에 근간을$$a$$a두고 있다. 동양인은 예로부터 천지인 사상을 바탕으로 자연을 사랑하$$a$$a고 순응하며 자연과 함께 살아가는 삶을 중요시하고 있다. 즉 동양인$$a$$a은 일찍부터 자연과의 조화를 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 근대 서양$$a$$a의 발달된 물질문명이 동양에 전파됨에 따라 동양의 사상과 사고, 심$$a$$a지어 삶의 방식에 큰 변화를 주었다. 이로 인해 동양인들도 자연에$$a$$a대한 배려와 존중이 서서히 사라지기 시작했으며, 특히 19세기 후반$$a$$a기계 문명은 급속한 성장시기인 산업 혁명을 거쳐 현대에 이르기까지$$a$$a빠른 발전이란 성과를 가져왔지만 자연에 대한 중요성을 인식하지 못$$a$$a하는 부산물도 함께 낳았다. 산업 발전을 최우선으로 여겼던 사고 방$$a$$a식이 기계론적 가치관으로 변화해 자연을 인간의 도구로 생각하게 되$$a$$a었으며 이로 인해 자연 파괴 현상은 더욱 빨라지게 되었다. 더욱이 자$$a$$a연 파괴가 인간의 정서와 사고를 무너뜨린다는 것을 예측하지 못했다.$$a$$a현재에는 인간이 더 이상 자연을 파괴해서는 안된다는 인식이 세계적으$$a$$a로 확대되고 있다. 자연 파괴를 불러온 서양 가치관이 동양의 자연 친화$$a$$a적 가치관을 받아들이고 있는 현상을 잘 알 수 있다. 반면, 현대 시대를$$a$$a사는 우리들과 달리 과거의 생활 습관을 유지하고 자연 속에서 자연과$$a$$a함께 생활하는 사람들이 있다. 그들이 바로 원주민들이다. 그들은 그들$$a$$a만의 고유한 문화로 자연을 존중하며 살고 있다. 특히 호주 원주민들은$$a$$a세계에서 가장 오랜 전통과 문화를 유지하고 있으며 자연의 예술적 가$$a$$a치를 현대 사회에 새롭게 인식시켜 주었다. 이 논문에서는 그들이 속한$$a$$a자연과 자연을 바라보는 시각에 대해 연구할 것이다. 즉, 호주 원주민$$a$$a들만이 가지고 있는 독특한 사고방식과 풍습, 자연에 대한 이해, 그리고$$a$$a동양과 원주민들의 공통된 철학을 접목시켜 환경 캠페인을 기획한다.$$a$$a“天地人”$$a$$a2$$a$$a20세기 초반부터 세계는 환경 오염에 대한 심각성을 깨닫고 자$$a$$a연을 보호하기 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 시간에도 수$$a$$a많은 자연 보호 캠페인과 예술 행사들을 통해 인간이 잃어버린$$a$$a정서를 자연에서 되찾기 위한 연구와 노력이 이루어지고 있다.$$a$$a많은 캠페인 중에서, 환경 사진전의 목적은 사진이라는 영상매체를 이$$a$$a용하여 자연보호의 중요성을 시각화하는 데 있다. 하지만 기존의 환경$$a$$a사진전은 단순히 아름다운 자연 혹은 파괴된 자연의 사진을 나열하는$$a$$a수준에 머무르고 있다. 이 논문은 기존의 환경 사진전을 발전시키는$$a$$a목적을 둔다. 현재 우리가 보고 있는 직접적인 자연의 해석을 Stuart$$a$$aHall의 Representation1 이론을 통해 다르게 협상된 자연의 해석으로$$a$$a바꾸면서 호주 원주민들의 풍습과 문화 속에 나타나는 친 환경적인 요$$a$$a소를 응용하고자 한다.$$a$$aStuart Hall 의 해동모델 이론은 3가지 모델로 이루어진다. 지배적 해$$a$$a석(dominant Interpretation) 또는 선호된 해독 (preferred reading),$$a$$a협상된 해독(negotiated reading), 대립적 해독(oppositional$$a$$areading) 이다.$$a$$a호주 원주민의 자연 친화적 사상과 정신을 바탕으로 한 이 캠페인은 현대$$a$$a인들에게 자연의 중요성을 환기시키고 보다 다양하고 새로운 자연 가치$$a$$a관을 심어줄 수 있는 계기가 됨은 물론, 현대인의 메마른 감성에 신선한$$a$$a자연 바람을 느끼며 즐길 수 있는 문화 예술적인 기회를 제공할 것이다.$$a$$a본 논문은 캠페인을 통해 기존에 잃었던 녹색 감수성을 찾는 방법을$$a$$a제시한다. 그 방법으로 자연을 의인화하여 자연에 또다른 의미를 찾$$a$$a아내는 것이 바로 자연을 Stuart Hall의 협상된 해석으로 볼 수 있$$a$$a는 계기가 될 것이다. 자연을 의인화하여 재해석한다면 자연에 대$$a$$a한 시각의 차이가 나타날 것이다. 자연의 일치가 곧 인간과 같다는$$a$$a것을 알 수 있을 것이다. 즉 이 과정을 통해 자연과 인간의 일치를$$a$$a다시 생각하는 계기와 자연의 또다른 가치를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.$$a$$a

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Asian philosophy begins with the sum of three characters which$$a$$aare the earth, human and sky. They are specifically linked together to$$a$$aform a universe called Chun-Ji-In.$$a$$aAsian philosophy is derived from the natural environments and has$$a$$aa unique understanding of nature and its organization. The important$$a$$aaspect of this philosophy is based with nature long before the Western$$a$$acivilization, which means that the Asian philosophy of nature,$$a$$athe laws and rules of existence within, had a tremendous historical$$a$$avalue. Asian philosophy also explains the harmony of lives with natural$$a$$aenvironment and understanding adaptation through respecting the$$a$$anatural environment.$$a$$aThings have dramatically changed with the involvements and$$a$$adevelopments of Western civilization. By these influences of$$a$$amechanistic growth of material civilization, the Asian philosophy$$a$$aand the method of their inhabitance were affected causing$$a$$athe lose of respect and understanding of natural environment.$$a$$aNot only had the rapid growth of machine civilization improved our$$a$$alives for ease and comfort since the late 9th century. But also it$$a$$agave such an opportunity to put the natural environment in danger.$$a$$aThe Western value follows a concept of natural environment$$a$$aas only a tool for humans, not knowing that it also was destroying$$a$$athe sentiment and contemplation of human beings.$$a$$aWorld today, recognised the fault and the effect that they caused to the$$a$$anatural environment. We can see that the Western concept of civilazation$$a$$ais returning to the basics of Asian philosophical understanding$$a$$aof nature.$$a$$a37$$a$$aAbstract$$a$$aIt is interesting to see that there are still people today pursuing the$$a$$abasic life style. They preserve the culture within natural environment$$a$$aand live with the nature. They are called the “Aborigines.”$$a$$aAs a part of the study, Australian Aborigines and their cultures were$$a$$aresearched to prove that they are the ultimate naturalists and also an$$a$$aenvironmentalists. The Australian aborigines have become famous$$a$$afor their longest cultures and traditions still continuing today.$$a$$aThe thesis will explain their involvement with nature and their unique$$a$$aunderstanding of natural environemnt. The result of this thesis will$$a$$ainclude the aboriginal culture applied to a newly designed nature$$a$$aconservation campaign.$$a$$aToday, the campaign is designed and acted through various kinds of$$a$$aexperiements to save our natural environment.$$a$$aThere are number of different nature conservation campaign in which$$a$$athe thesis will be focused on the photography of nature campaign.$$a$$aThere is a problematic approach to the previous photo campaigns. It$$a$$awas that, they only see the nature as it is which then gets recorded and$$a$$ainterpreted. Thus regarded as a dominant interpretation that Stuart$$a$$aHall announced for different methods of interpretation.$$a$$aThe thesis will focus on the negociated reading of nature, so that we$$a$$acan see beyond nature. In other words, by personifying the nature, we$$a$$acan then improve our green sensitivity which lacked since the adaptation$$a$$aof city life.$$a$$aThe thesis will include the methods of re-interpretation of meanings$$a$$aof nature by understanding the link between human and nature. It will$$a$$agive an opportunity to re-build the importance of nature combining$$a$$aculture and art.$$a$$a
