    The primary purpose of this study is to find the effects of male production and office workers participating in Sport for All on work related stress and satisfaction.
    To find the effects of participation in Sport for All on work related stress and satisfaction, I selected male workers in Ulsan industrial complex as a population and sampled.
    Sample group of this research contains 493 men in total, including 269 production workers and office workers in Ulsan industrial complex who participate in sport for all and 224 who don't.
    For date analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis, etc.
    The result of processing data from the 12.0 program, the conclusions of this research are as follows.
    First, in work-related stress and satisfaction of employees , there is no significant difference in background variables, but looking at a subcategory, there are differences in sleep trouble and a feeling of uneasiness according to academic background.
    In case of graduation from a high school, there is little difference than graduation from a college or university.
    In case of graduation from a college, however, a lot of stress is found along with sleeping trouble and a feeling of uneasiness rather than graduation from a university. Also, in job satisfaction, higher job satisfaction is found from university graduation than high school graduation.
    The higher an employees' academic background is , the higher their job satisfaction is.
    Second, regarding job-related stress according to participation in sports for all, the employees who participate in Sports for All are less stressed than those who don't. so employees who don't participate in Sport for All have higher figure in a social role achievement, lack of self-confidence, melancholia , sleeping trouble and a feeling of uneasiness , a general unhealthy condition, life force and work-related stress than employees who participate in Sport for All.
    In addition, in job satisfaction related to participation in Sport for All , more participation leads to higher job satisfaction.
    Third, in a question of participation degree in Sport for All, as a period of participation is short, more stress is found in a social role achievement, self-confidence, a general unhealthy condition, life force than periods of middle and long.
    Fourth, regarding participation in Sport for All and work-related stress and satisfaction of employees, as employee participate more , less stress is founded social role achievement, self-confidence, melancholia ,sleeping trouble and a feeling of uneasiness , a general unhealthy condition, life force are all reduced
    That is, as participation increases in Sport for All, job satisfaction increases and stress decreases.
    Fifth, in relationship between the degree of participation and work-related stress and satisfaction, as participation frequency, intensity, periods increase, stress decreases in social role achievement, self-confidence, sleeping trouble a general unhealthy condition, and life force.
