기혼 직장여성의 성역할, 여성이 인식한 남편의 성역할 갈등과 직장-가정 갈등

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 직장기혼여성의 성역할, 그들이 인식한 남편의 성역할 갈등과 직장-가정 갈등의 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 서울에 거주하고 있는 직장 기혼여성 237명의 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구로는 한국성역할 검사, 한국어 성역할 갈등척도, 직장-가정 갈등 척도를 사용하였으며, 결과 분석을 위해 SPSS for windows를 이용하여 Pearson 상관분석을 하고 중다 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 직장기혼여성의 성역할과 이들이 인식한 배우자의 성역할 갈등이 직장기혼여성의 직장-가정 갈등과 어떤 관계를 보이는지 알아보고자 하였다. 상관분석결과 기혼직장여성의 남성성과 여성성은 직장-가정 갈등과 유의미한 관계가 없었고, 직장 기혼여성이 인식한 남성배우자의 성역할 갈등은 직장기혼여성의 직장-가정 갈등과 유의미한 관계를 나타냈다. 그러나 중다 회귀분석 결과는 기혼직장여성의 직장-가정 갈등과 관련하여 이들의 여성성에 대해 살펴볼 것을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 관계는 직장기혼여성의 직장-가정 갈등을 완화시키려면 여성들에게 인식될 만큼 배우자의 적극적인 가정 내 활동에의 참여가 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 전통적 성역할을 강화할 필요가 있음을 보여준다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점, 추후 연구를 위한 제안들을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among gender roles, husbands‘ gender role conflicts perceived by wives and work-family conflicts of working married women. 237 Korean working married women completed Korea Sex Role Inventory, Korea Gender Role Conflict Scale and Work-Family Conflicts Scale. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to examine the relations among the variables using SPSS for Windows.
The results from this study were the followings : First, wives gender role were not related to the work to family conflict and family→work conflict. Second, husband gender role conflicts perceived by wife's related to the work to family conflict and family to work conflict.
But the result of a multiple regression analysis survey the study showed Their's the relation between work-family conflict of working married women and women gender role.
Based on the those results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study were discussed, and the limitations of it and suggestions for study were suggested.
