여자 프로농구 지도자 유형에 따른 선수 만족도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 여자 프로농구 선수를 대상으로 여자 프로농구 지도자의 리더십 유형과 선수 만족도의 차이 및 영향을 구체적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다.
연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국 여자 프로농구 선수 83명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 측정대상의 특성별로 평균을 산출하고, 결과분석을 위해 연령 및 선수경력, 선수수준에 따른 리더십 유형, 지도자 리더십 유형에 따른 선수 만족도는 Pearson상관관계를 실시하였고, 그 영향 변인 및 영향력은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
이상의 연구방법 및 분석 결과를 기초로 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.

첫째, 연령에 따른 지도자 리더십 유형의 상관관계는 18세~21세의 경우 훈련 지도형을, 26세~31세의 경우 긍정적 피드백형에서 나타났다.

둘째, 선수경력에 따른 지도자 리더십 유형의 상관관계는 선수경력 11년~15년 차의 선수의 경우 훈련과 지도형에서 부정적으로 나타났다.

셋째, 지도자 리더십 유형에 따른 선수 만족도간의 상관관계는 훈련과 지도형에서 소속만족, 민주적 행동형, 권위적 행동형, 긍정적 피드백형에서 경기만족, 역할만족, 소속만족, 선수 만족도에서 나타났으며, 사회적 지지형은 역할만족, 소속만족, 선수 만족도에서 나타났다.

넷째, 선수수준에 따른 지도자 리더십 유형과 선수 만족간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 상위선수의 경우 민주적 행동형에서 경기만족, 소속만족, 선수만족도에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 사회 지지형에서는 선수 만족도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 권위적 행동형에서는 경기만족, 역할만족, 소속만족, 선수만족도에서 부적 상관관계가 나타났다.
하위선수의 경우 훈련과 지도형에서는 역할만족, 소속만족, 선수 만족도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 사회 지지형에서는 역할만족과 선수 만족도에서 민주적 행동형과 긍정적 피드백형은 모든 변인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 권위적 행동형에서는 경기만족, 소속만족, 선수 만족도에서 부적 상관관계가 나타났다.

다섯째, 지도자의 리더십 유형이 선수 만족도에 미치는 영향은 사회적 지지형에서 역할만족, 민주적 행동형에서 소속만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 권위적 행동형에서는 경기만족, 소속만족, 선수 만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

ABSTRACT

A Study on Player Satisfaction in Women's Professional Basketball According to the Type of Instructor

The purpose of this study was to find difference of a leadership type and a player satisfaction duty of a professional basketball leader and an influence concretely a woman professional basketball player with the object.
In order to attain the object of this research used a questionnaire with the object with 83 Korean woman professional basketball players and showed average by a characteristic of the measurement object.
The age and the player career, the leadership type along a player level, the player satisfaction along a leader leadership type executed Pearson correlation for results analysis, and the influence cause and the influence executed multi-return analysis.
A conclusion got the above-mentioned study way and the analysis results with a basis is as follows.

First, the instructor's leadership type correlation according to the age of the athlete was found in the instruction type for players between the ages of 18 to 21, and in positive feedback type for players between the ages of 26 to 31.

Second, the instructor's leadership type correlation according to the experience of the player proved to be negative in training and instruction type for athletes with 11 to 15 years of experience.

Third, the player satisfaction according to the instructor's leadership type correlation showed as membership satisfaction, democratic behavior type, autocratic behavior type for training and instruction type, game satisfaction, role satisfaction, membership satisfaction, player satisfaction for the positive feedback type, and role satisfaction, member satisfaction, player satisfaction for the social support type.


Fourth, the correlation between the instructor's leadership type and the player satisfaction according to the athlete's level showed that for the high profile athletes, there was a significant difference in game satisfaction, membership satisfaction, and player satisfaction for the democratic behavior type. There was also a significant difference in player satisfaction in the social support type, while there was a 부적 correlation in game satisfaction, role satisfaction, membership satisfaction, and player satisfaction in the autocratic behavior type.

As for the athlete's of lower profile, there was a significant change in role satisfaction, membership satisfaction, and player satisfaction in the training and instruction type. For the social support type, there were changes in role satisfaction and player satisfaction, while for the democratic behavior type and positive feedback types, there were significant changes in all the areas. And for the autocratic behavior type, there was 부적 correlation for game satisfaction, membership satisfaction, and player satisfaction.
