다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis is written to discuss about comparing an interview with normal conversation. There are many ways to find out whether or not one speaks well. One way to find out is through an interview. By comparing an interview with normal conversations, it is likely that a normal conversation would reflect the way one communicates in a regular daily basis. To evaluate the speaking ability, interview has been used most reasonable test method. Scholars also believe that interviews reflect on ones way of speaking or communicating in a real life conversation. However, in an interview, it is questionable that the person would be as natural as they are in reality.
So interview will be compared with normal conversation such item turn distribution, adjacency pair, select of next speaker and affective quality. Therefore, for the investigation of the ability of one to speak well through a interview and normal conversation, an interview data was collected by interviewing 20 people and researched. As a result, it was concluded that interviews were totally different in style from the normal (real-life) conversations.
