동요를통한 음률활동이 정신지체아동의 언어능력 개선에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to take the improvement of ability on the understanding and the expression of language with the language ability of mental retarded through the rhythmical actitivities, that is to say, the understanding and expression of vocabulary, and the whole fundamental ability of language.
This program is mainly the rhythmical activities through the nursery song, and thus consists of three steps, that is to say, the acoustic play. nursery-song appreciation and nursery-song singing.
The active steps of acoustic play mainly consists of the noise distinction of musical instrument and of the activities which we feel the pitch change in the musical instrument and voice and can naturally express it.
The sep of nursery song appreciation consists of the activities which we hear the song from the nursery song singing, and learn the rhythm or meet the song contents of words.
The step of nursery song singing consists of the activities which we learn the words of nursery song and we sing a song and perform the rhythmic movement, meeting the performance of musical instrument.
The method of this training consists which the child naturally accepts and express the language by use of the visual modelling and acoustic musical elements, making use of the method of musical treatment when the nursery song is leaded upon the systematic step.
For this study, three subjects were selected.
Subject A received 29 sessions, subject B received 31 sessions and subject C received 33 sessions of this study.
The session time was for 40 minutes and they are trained based on the multiple base line design through 3 months in 2-3 sessions per 1 week, and the advance conditions are indicated with the graph. The results of study is as shown in the followings.
Firstly, the subject which is applied this whole program is improved in ability of understanding and expression of vocabulary, and then improved status were kept.
Secondly, the whole basic ability of subject, that is to say, the acceptance of language and the expression ability is improved through this program, and then improved status were kept. In addition, it can be checked and examined which the speed or clearness of speech intelligibility in the child is improved together with the purpose of this study.
Accordingly, I expect which many studies, which will improve the ability of language and making use of more study related to the music preference of mental retarded the various musical treatment methods.
