유치원 유아들의 놀이에 대한 교사효능감과 유아발달수준과의 관계 = Relationship between Teachers' Efficacy Beliefs on Play and Children's Developmental Levels

국문 초록 (Abstract)

영문초록: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' efficacy beliefs and children's development levels. The followings were the main research questions explored in this study. 1. Are there any differences in teachers' efficacy beliefs according to teachers' personal characteristics, such as age, education, career? 2. Are there any differences in children's development levels according to teachers' efficacy beliefs ? 3. Are there any relationships between teachers' efficacy beliefs and children's development levels ? The data were gathered through several questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, several statistical techniques, such as t-test, ANOVA, Correlation, regressions, etc. The results of this study would be summarized as follows:1. There was a statistically significant teachers' efficacy beliefs by education(t=-12.06, p<.001), career(t=-5.48, p<.001). 2. There was a statistically significant difference in children development levels by teachers' efficacy beliefs(F=39.16, p<.001). 3. There were statistically significant relationships between teachers' efficacy beliefs and children's development levels.The results of this study, it is proved that teacher's efficacy beliefs about play has influence on children's development
