진로 집단상담 프로그램이 진로의식 성숙에 미치는 효과 = (The) effect of career group counseling program on career consciousness maturity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로교육의 인식단계에 있는 초등학교 고학년 아동의 진로의식 성숙을 위한 진로집단상담 프로그램의 효과에 관한 것이다.
본 연구에 참여한 학생은 울산광역시 동구에 소재한 H초등학교 5학년에 재학중인 특별활동의 계발활동부의 하나인 진로상담 부서에 소속된 8명이 실험집단이며 같은 5학년 아동 8명을 무선 표집하여 통제집단으로 하였다.
본 연구에 사용된 검사도구는 ACDM(Assesssment of Career Decision Making)과 Crites(1974)의 Career Maturity Inventory(CMI)를 정채기(1991), 김현옥(1989)이 번역, 수정·보완하여 만든 것을 강원도 교육 연구원에서 아동들의 발달단계에 맞게 수정·보완하여 제작한 ‘초·중학생용 진로성숙도 검사도구'이며 진로유형, 태도검사, 능력검사로 구분되어 있다.
본 연구자는 그 중 태도검사와 능력검사를 사용하였다. 진로성숙검사 중 태도검사는 총 20문항으로 응답형태는 긍정적인 응답에 2점, “모름”은 0점, 나머지는 1점으로 구성되어 있으며 능력검사는 총 40문항으로 정답에 1점, 오답에 0점을 부여한다. 그리고 점수가 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높은 것을 나타낸다.
본 연구에 사용된 진로집단상담 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단에게 사전·사후 검사를 실시하였으며 사후분석으로서 사전검사를 공변인으로하고 사후검사를 종속변인으로 공변량 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 진로태도에 있어서 진로태도 전체와 진로태도의 하위영역(계획성, 성향, 타협성, 결정성)에 대해서 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 진로능력에 있어서는 진로능력 하위영역(직업이해, 자신이해, 직업선택, 의사결정)에서 직업선택 능력만이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였고 특히 진로능력전체에 대해서 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 진로집단상담 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로능력 중 직업선택 능력을 길러줄 수 있는데 긍정적인 영향을 주었다고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is about the effect of the career group counseling program for the senior students' career consciousness maturity of elementary school on the consciousness step of the career education. The participants of this study are attending in the 5th grade of H-elementary school located in Dong-gu, Ulsan. The 8 students involved in the career counsel department which is one of the development activity club of the special activity were the experiment group, another 8 students in the same grade were random corrected control group.
The measuring apparatus used in this study is the career maturity measuring apparatus for elementary and middle school produced after amending and replacing according to the development step of kids from Kang Won Do(Kang Won Province) Education Study Center which was translated, amended and replaced of ACDM(Assessment of Career Decision Making) and Career Maturity Inventory(CMI) of Crites(1974) by Jung, Chae-ki(1991) and Kim, Hyeon-ok(1989). It was divided into the career type, the attitude test and the ability test. The examiner of this study used the attitude test and the ability test of them. The attitude test of the career maturity test was total 20 parts. The positive answer of the answer types is for 2 score, "No"is for 0 score and the other is for 1 score. The correct answer is for 1 score, the wrong answer is for 0 score with total 40 questions for the ability test. The higher the score is, the higher the career maturity is.
The before and after inspection was carried out to the experiment group and the control group to measure the effect of the career group counseling program used in this study. As the post analysis, the covariance analysis was done with the dependent variable for the post inspection, the covariate variable for preliminary test as post analysis.
In conclusion there was no meaningful effect on low grade area of career attitude(planning, inclination, determination) and whole career attitude. of the career ability, on the career ability low grade area(career understanding, self-understanding, career choice, decision of intention) shows the meaningful difference statistically only to career selecting ability. Therefore the career group counseling program could give the positive effect on the improving the career selecting ability of the elementary school students' career ability.
