교육프로그램 개발을 위한 '간편 교수체제설계' 모형에 관한 개발연구 = A Developmental Research on the Simple ISD Model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at formulating a Simple ISD model which can guide the process of developing large-scale training programs or curriculum. While the researchers developed 15 week-training program for administration officers in 'A' university, empirical data was collected to suggest the specific steps or procedures of Simple ISD, and the roles of instructional designers, clients and SMEs. A new Simple ISD model consists of (1) analyzing performance, learners, learning context and tasks, (2) designing education system map, module table, schedule, list of recommended lecturers and (3) developing operating manual, lecturer manual and learner manual. Its specific features are (1) analysis process happens through out the development process, (2) instructional designers, clients and SMEs interact with one another in every steps very actively, and (3) instructional designers engage more in training outcome, i.e. 'transfer', rather than in the training process itself. Simple ISD model is expected to offer useful applications in general corporate instructional design contexts.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교수설계자가 구체적인 교육내용의 선정 및 교육방법에 관한 설계보다는 교육 요구의 맥락에 맞은 교육 프로그램을 내용 전문가와 협의 과정을 거치면서 전체적으로 설계하는 과정을 안내하여 주는 '간편 교수체제설계'(Simple ISD) 모형의 구체적인 단계와 특성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 간편 교수체제설계모형은 레피드 프로토타입 방법론과 Seels와 Glasgow의 수행분석 모형을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 개발연구방법론을 활용하여 하나의 교육프로그램을 개발하면서 세부 단계와 각 단계별 결과물, 그리고 교수설계자와 의뢰인, 내용 전문가의 역할을 경험적으로 규명하였다. 간편 교수체제설계 모형의 주요 특징은 교수설계자가 의뢰인 및 내용전문가와 지속적으로 활발하게 의사소통한다는 점과 실제 교육실행하는 시점의 교육내용 및 교육방법에의 설계에 자세히 개입하기 보다는 교육요구를 적절하게 반영하면서 전체 교육내용의 구성 및 교육의 전이 과정설계에 더 관여한다는 점이다. 간편 교수설계모형을 따를 경우 교수설계자는 단순히 강사섭외자의 역할에 머물지 않으면서도 전통적인 ISD 접근의 아이디어를 활용하여 효과적인 교육프로그램을 설계하는데 도움을 받게 된다.
