영유아 아버지의 결혼만족도가 양육스트레스, 양육협조에 미치는 영향 = 심리적 특성의 매개효과와 배우자의 취업유무의 조절효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아버지의 결혼만족도가 양육스트레스와 양육협조에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 심리적 특성(자기효능감, 자아존중감, 우울)이 매개 역할을 하는지 검증하였다. 또한, 이러한 구조적 관계가 배우자의 취업유무에 따라 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 4차년도 1,584명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 아버지의 결혼만족도는 양육스트레스와 양육협조에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 결혼만족도가 양육스트레스와 양육협조에 미치는 영향을 대체로 심리적 특성이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 변인들 간의 관계는 배우자의 취업유무에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 가족상담 및 양육과정에의 시사점과 제한점 그리고 추후연구를 위한 제언들에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study specified into following two folds: (1) to identify the relationships among father’s marital satisfaction and parenting stress and engagement (2) to explore mediating effects of father"s psychological features (self-efficacy, self-esteem, and depression) on theses relationships regard to partner’s employment status by using the sample of 1549 from the 4th year of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. Main findings of this study were listed below. First, father’s marital satisfaction did predict their parenting stress and parenting engagement. Second, father’s psychological features did mediate the relationships between father’s marital satisfaction and parenting stress and engagement. Third, there was no group differences in terms of partner’s employment status. This study suggests that father’s marital satisfaction should be taken into consideration in terms of explaining parenting behaviors. Findings were discussed with regard to the relationships among father’s marital satisfaction, parenting stress and engagement with psychological features in the family counseling implications.
