유아교사가 지각한 교수몰입과 자기결정성 및 유아교육기관 원장의 서번트 리더십에 대한 연구 = The Study of Teaching Flow, Self-Determination and Director`s Servant Leadership Perceived by Early Childhood Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식하는 교수몰입과 자기결정성 및 원장의 서번트 리더십의 전반적인 경향과 그 관계를 탐색하고, 교수몰입에 영향을 주는 요소를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 유치원과 어린이집에 근무 중인 유아교사 164명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사가 인식하는 교수몰입, 자기결정성 및 원장의 서번트 리더십은 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수몰입과 자기결정성, 원장의 서번트 리더십은 대체로 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 즉, 유아교사의 인식하는 자기결정성과 원장의 서번트 리더십이 높을수록 교수몰입은 높아지는 경향이 나타났다. 셋째, 원장의 서번트 리더십과 유아교사의 자기결 정성 하위변인(자율성, 유능감, 관계성)은 교수몰입의 9가지 하위변인(도전과 기술의 균형, 행동과 지각의 일치, 명확한 목표, 구체적 피드백, 과제에 대한 전적인 집중, 통제감, 자아의식의 상실, 시간의 변형된 느낌, 자기 목적적인 경험)에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the general trends and relationships of self-determination perceived by early childhood teachers on teaching flow and child-care institution director`s servant leadership, and to identify elements that affect teaching flow. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 164 early childhood teachers who worked at kindergartens and child-care centers. The following are the results of this study: First, teaching flow, self-determination and director`s servant leadership perceived by early childhood teachers were found to be higher than the average level. Second, it was found that there was a significant correlation between early childhood teachers` teaching flow, self-determination, and the director`s servant leadership in general. That is, the higher the self-determination and the director`s servant leadership perceived by early childhood teachers were, the better the teaching flow was. Third, the variables for the director`s servant leadership and early childhood teachers` self-determination (autonomy, competency, and relationship) showed generally positive effects upon nine variables (balance between challenge and technology, consistency in behavior and perception, definite goals, concrete feedback, complete concentration on tasks, sense of regulation, loss of self- consciousness, transformed feeling of time, and self-targeted experience) for teaching flow.
