대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Relationship Between Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Intention of College․University Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of students entrepreneurship in college and university students upon entrepreneurial intention, and to empirically analyze whether gender & majoring plays a moderating role between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Based on a total 277 students surveys obtained by the empirical research, the study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified total two hypotheses with the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit for the data =162.410(df 84), p<0.001, CMIN/df=1.993, GFI=0.921, AGFI=0.887, NFI=0.930, CFI=0.965, RMSEA=0.061. The model’s fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory; thus, it provided a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. SEM resulted that the proactivity, innovativeness, risk-taking had a positive significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고, 이러한 인과관계에서 성별과 전공의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다.
실증연구를 수행하기 위해 확보된 277개의 표본을 바탕으로 연구 모형의 신뢰성, 적합성 등을 검토하였고, 구조방정식을 사용하여 총 2개의 가설을 검증하였으며, 모형의 적합도는 =162.410(df 84), p<0.001, CMIN/df=1.993, GFI=0.921, AGFI=0.887, NFI=0.930, CFI=0.965, RMSEA=0.061 등으로 조사되었다.
연구결과, 기업가정신의 진취성, 혁신성, 위험감수성은 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향(p<0.05, p<0.001)을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 통해 대학생의 기업가정신은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 한편 성별은 기업가정신과 창업의도와의 인과관계에서 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으나 전공의 조절효과는 존재하지 않는 것으로 조사되었다.
