원격대학학습자의 자기주도적 학습능력, 학습몰입, 학습태도, 학습만족도, 학업성취도 간의 관계 분석 = The Analysis of Structural Relationships among Self-directed Learning Ability, Learning Flow, Learning Attitude, Academic Satisfaction and Achievement in Cyber University

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to construct the relationship among the self-directed learning ability, learning attitude, learning flow, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement of the cyber-university students, and to empirically clarify the casual relationships and impacts among the variables. Based on the literature reviews, self-directed learning ability, learning attitude, and learning flow as the predicators for learning satisfaction and academic achievement were selected. For this study, 503 students in the Korea National Open University of Seoul and Gyenggi metropolitan areas were surveyed, and the survey data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling. The research findings are as follows: First, the self-directed learning ability of cyber university students positively affects their learning flow and learning attitude. Second, the self-directed learning ability of participants positively affects academic satisfaction, but does not affect their academic achievement. Third, the participants’ self-directed learning ability indirectly affects learning satisfaction, but does not affect academic satisfaction through mediating variables such as learning flow and learning attitude. Based on the findings, several implications for effective instructional design and learning program development are suggested.
