대학 진로교과목 수강생의 진로결정자기효능감과 대학생활적응에 대한 성격 및 성별의 종단적 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the individual predictors of career decision-making self-efficacy(CDMSE) and college life adjustment(CLA) and their developmental trajectory in college career course participants. Using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM), this study collected data over three times from 2,584 career course participants. From this study, gender and big-five personality traits were defined as time-invariant predictors of CDMSE and CLA over time. The results are as follow. It was found that gender, conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism had significant effects on the initial status of CDMSE and CLA. In addition, openness and neuroticism were found to affect changes in the rate of CDMSE, and neuroticism and extraversion were related to change rates of CLA. These results imply that personality traits need to be considered as important factors in the planning and the process of career intervention programs.
