학과 특성화를 위한 영국 대학의 레저 스포츠 산업 및 경영 전공의 벤치마킹과 적용 방안 = A study of UK leisure sports industry and business major at the University specialization and application of benchmarking methods

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the higher education policies on specialization of university and colleges in the Korea in terms of its purposes and directions, and development strategies by the specialization models, and to provide policy implications on the higher education policies in Korea.
The results of this case study suggest the with method of university structural reform is curriculum reorganization and employment connection program development between of the manufacturing company and subject with university quality strategy. With subject unit sports industry and management specialist heightening of competitiveness and value of sports subject field will be able to maximize above presenting the strategy. Specially, through quality of subject curriculum came true the value and a potentiality of subject is a thing. In order to present an existence of subject and continuous function under crisis is through this university structural reform.
