노인의 사회참여 활동영역과 수준에 따른 삶의 질 비교연구 = 객관적 및 주관적 삶의 질을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인의 사회참여 활동영역과 수준에 따른 객관적 및 주관적 삶의 질과의 관계를 보다 정밀하게 규명하기 위하여 수도권지역의 60세 이상 노인 586명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 사회참여의 5가지 활동영역 참여는 주관적 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 경제활동, 사교친교활동 및 자기개발활동의 3가지 영역만 객관적 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 사회활동의 5가지 영역의 참여지수 중에서 종교활동 참여지수만 주관적 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 경제활동, 종교활동, 자기개발활동 참여지수가 객관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 객관적 삶의 질의 매개효과 검증에 있어서 경제활동, 사교친교활동, 자기개발활동 참여와 경제활동과 종교참여활동의 참여지수가 객관적 삶의 질을 통하여 주관적인 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to more precisely identify the relationship between the level of elder"s social participation and the quality of life both objective and subjective quality of life. this study randomly selected 586 Korean elders aged over 60. and conducted an interview survey using structured questionnaires. According to the analyzed results, participation of the five areas of social activities affected the subjective quality of life affirmatively. while only three areas involving economic activities, social and friendly activities and self-development activities had a positive effect on the objective quality of life.
Only the participation in religious activities at the participation of the five areas of social activities affected positively the subjective quality of life. while economic activities, religious activities and self-development activities had an effect on the objective quality of life. Also, the quantitative level of participation in economic activities, social and friendly activities and self-development activities was found to affect affirmatively the subjective quality of life through the improvement of the objective quality of life.
