대학상담소 접수면접 체제에 대한 개선방안 연구 = A study on the intake process and screening procedures of Korean university counseling centers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the current conditions of the intake and screening process of six Korean university counseling centers to discuss better ways of improving the accuracy of screening procedures. The interview included the intake process, the contents and the mastery level of the interviewer, and the screening procedures. The differences were the levels of counselors, the usage of crisis checklists, the employment of crisis intervention counselors, and the process of case assignments. The participants suggested that in order to improve the accuracy of screening, expert counselors should take charge of the intake interview and education about the intake interview process should be provided to the novice counselors.
