이라크 전쟁 이후의 쿠르드족의 지위변화 고찰 = 이라크의 대 쿠르드족 정책을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Kurds have their own imagined area, which called ‘Kurdistan’. This area imply they are one ethnic group and have one nation. They intend to maintain their identity as the same national culture and history but it actually divided each different cultural environments as an effect of assimilation on the educational field and languages since end of World War Ⅰ.
It is obvious that the Kurds are dealing with in category of the Minorities but I would like to indicate that it is not proper to observe standardized and unified view but have to see them as each units which has different political, economical, social and cultural structures. Among them, Iraq kurds took much better place than other countries’ kurds, and it is inappropriate that they treated within the sphere of Minority anymore.
In this paper, it researches change kurd’s status after Iraq War through the consideration on Kurdish policy of Iraq regime. This subject can present that it is time to study as Iraq kurds, Turkey kurds or Iran kurds after due consideration their own sides of historical, geo-political issues whether they deal with as a category of minority or not.
