사회혁신 담론에서 행위자 개념에 관한 고찰|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회혁신의 여러 측면 중 혁신을 주도하는 행위자의 개념화에 대해 논의한다. 특히 국내외 사례연구나 프로그램에서 최근 특정한 개인 행위자를 나타내는 유사한 개념이 난립하고 있다는 점을 착안하여 각 개념의 정의 방식이나 초점을 비교하는 방법을 통해 행위자 개념의 본질에 접근한다. 주요 담론의 동향을 살펴본 결과 1) 규범성을 강조한 개념화, 2) 조직적 기능 수행을 강조한 개념화, 3) 개인 수준의 내부적 차별성을 강조한 개념화로 각종 개념을 분류할 수 있음을 지적한다. 특히 차별화 방식에 의한 개념화는 각종 행위자의 모집단 규모에 따라 유사 개념을 구별하여 이로 인해 생긴 기능적 역할분담에 기반을 두고 있다. 이는 사회혁신 과정에 개입하는 각종 개인 행위자의 사회생태계적 분류가 가능함을 시사한다. 이 관점은 사회혁신의 역동적 측면이나 행위자의 기획력을 심도 있게 이해하는데 있어 유익한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study discusses classification and characteristics of the various conceptions and models of agency in the social innovation theory. As a result of worldwide spread of an idea and practice of social innovation, the academic discourse concerning this relatively new phenomena has been over flooded with superficially similar but fundamentally different images and definitions of change agent including social entrepreneur, changemaker, civic leader and so on. This conceptual congestion seems to impede a proper understanding and theorization of social innovation. By reviewing the important case studies and programmes that respectively advocate a particular conception, this study suggests an social ecosystemic perspective for effectively classifying those relevant conceptions, which can also provide an effective intellectual framework to understand the internally dynamic process of social innovation and the projective capability of change agent.
