다차원적 혁신행동과 혁신성과 간의 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적 ? 혁신행동에 관한 다수의 연구들이 혁신행동을 하나의 단일차원으로 고려하고 있으며, 혁신행동이 결과변수와 맺고 있는 관계를 실증적으로 확인한 연구는 희소하다. 이런 필요성에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 Kleysen & Street(2001)가 혁신행동을 다차원으로 이해하려는 관점을 받아들여 혁신행동이 다차원적 현상일 가능성을 확인하고, 혁신행동의 다차원들(기회탐색, 생성, 검토, 챔피어닝, 적용) 각각이 혁신성과와는 갖는 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다.
연구방법 ? 분석을 위해 필요한 자료는 경상북도에 입지한 금융기관의 종사자들(n=132)로부터 자기응답식 설문지를 통해 수집하였으며, 연구모형의 타당성과 가설검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 공분산구조분석을 실시하였다.
주요결과 ? 분석결과, 혁신행동을 단일 차원보다는 다차원적 현상으로 이해할 필요가 있음을 확인할 수 있었고, 혁신행동의 다양한 차원들 가운데 적용만이 혁신성과와 정(+)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
시사점 ? 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 혁신행동이란 현상을 이해함에 있어서 다차원적 관점의 도입이 요구되며, 이를 통해 혁신행동 연구결과의 정교화를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose ? The main purpose of this study is to test a multidimensional measure of innovative behavior and to examine the relationships multidimensional innovative behaviors(opportunity exploration, generativity, formative investigation, championing and application and innovative performance) and innovative performance.
Design/Methodology ? To analyze the fitness of the research model and to test the hypotheses, the data are collected from 123 officers in various banks through the administration of structured questionnaires. A series of covariance structure analysis is performance by the AMOS package.
Findings ? The goodness of fit indices indicate that the fit of the model to the data is generally good. The results of this study exhibit that a multidimensional conceptualization of innovative behavior is support and application of innovative behaviors has significantly positive effect on innovative performance.
Implications ? A multi-dimensional approach will help us to understand innovative work behavior and to develop more sophisticated model.
