국문 초록 (Abstract)

글로벌 이슈를 기업내부로 가져와 새로운 혁신을 창출해내는 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. 특히 사회적 문제를 해결하면서 수익창출을 가능하게 하는 새로운 비즈니스 모델들이 늘어나고 있으며, 그 확산은 공공부문, 민간부문, 선진국, 개도국 등 다양한 곳에서 다양한 모습으로 퍼지고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 기존의 자본주의의 한계를 뛰어넘고 경제적?사회적으로 새로운 패러다임을 제시해 줄 수 있는 지속가능한 발전을 모든 혁신주체가 목표로 하려는 21세기 비전이다. 기업들을 지속가능한 이익의 원천을 창출함과 동시에 경제영역과 사회영역의 벽을 허무는 일들을 진행해야만 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 시각을 가지고 성공적으로 혁신하고 있는 두 기업사례를 중심으로 지속가능한 경영혁신모델 구축방안에 대해 제시하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Much of global leading companies have shifted their paradigm of the business from the traditional manufacturing toward the social responsible innovative business. It seems the core business may have new wing of innovation to include the new opportunities of social responsibility as the new source of value creation. This new trend of innovative business expands its new way of businesses from the companies to the government, and to the public sector, in the developed countries as well as in the developing countries. The paper shall shed the light on this trend to propose the innovative business model for the sustainable management.
