      This study is to survey whether the relationship between nursery teachers` personality and the organization affects the teachers` feeling toward the task satisfaction and the results are used to improve not only the qualities of the teachers but also the level of education by analyzing those factors. It also aims at encouraging teachers to have positive attitude toward their tasks. The followings are the results. The way day-care center is founded doesn`t seem to have important element in scores but among the sub-variants there are different satisfaction scores in salary, economic standard, education opportunity, welfare. Second, after considering the relationship between task satisfaction, personality the feature of the organization, the meaningful variants are working hours, recognition of the center, the scale of the center, teaching material, distance from children`s home, internal and external environment are very important. Third, specific factors affecting total scores in statistics are how much material the center has and desire by the parents, teachers` certificates, commuting hours, the scale of the center, distance from home. This paper discusses these factors to make the teachers` working place satisfactory.
