기업가정신이 혁신역량 및 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 = The impact of entrepreneurship on innovation capacity and innovation performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The entrepreneurship of the founder can be flexible and adaptable with the changing environment when it is transferred to the capacity of the company, as the company is developing. In this study I present the point of view where risk-taking and innovations are the entrepreneurship`s positive impact on the outcome of innovation and its capacity. Based on data of ventures and innobizcompanies where entrepreneurship are considered important, structural equation model (SEM) was conducted. From an empirical analysis, this study found interesting results as follows: First, the entrepreneurship has a positive influence on innovation capability and innovation performance. Second, innovation capability has a positive impact on innovation performance. Third, the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation performance is mediated by innovation capability. In conclusion, this study will discuss the problems and results of an empirical analysis, adduce limitation, and indicate the direction for future study.
