성인 학습자의 인구학적 변인, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성의 관계연구 = The Relationship among Demographical Variances, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy, and Career Adaptability of Adult Learners

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explored on the difference between demographical variances (gender, age, grade, and average income per month) and Career Decision Making Self-efficacy and Career Adaptability as well. It also explored on the effect of Career Decision Making Self-efficacy on Career Adaptability. Participants were 615 students from Korea National Open University. Career Futures Inventory, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy Scale, and demographical questionnaires were used during the research. In order to analyze the relationship among the variables, t-test, co-relation, and stepwise-regression were executed. The results of the study are as below: First, adult learners' Career Adaptability is co-related with their gender and average income per month. Secondly, adult learners' career exploration is co-related with their gender and age. Thirdly, the effect of adult learners' Career Decision Making Self-efficacy on Career Adaptability was significant. Thus this study suggests that adult learners' career support counseling and program will have to be built up with regard to these variables.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인 학습자를 대상으로 인구통계학적 변인(성별, 연령, 학년, 본인의 월 평균 수입)에 따른 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성의 차이를 알아보고 진로결정자기효능감이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 K원격대학의 재학생 615명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구에 사용된 측정도구는 진로미래검사(진로적응성), 진로결정자기효능감척도(진로탐색, 진로결정), 인구통계학적 설문지였다. 각 변인들 사이의 관계를 알아보기 위해 t-검정, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 성인 학습자의 진로적응성은 성별과 월평균 수입에 따라 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 성인 학습자의 진로탐색요인은 성별에 따라 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 성인 학습자의 진로결정자기효능감은 진로적응성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 성인 학습자에 대한 진로적응성을 도모하기 위해서는 진로결정자기효능감을 높이기 위한 신념 개입의 필요성이 제기된다. 분석결과에 대해 선행연구와 관련하여 논의하고, 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
