교육대학교의 잠재적 부적응 집단에 관한 연구: 사회인지 진로이론의 적용 = A Study on College Students with Potential Adjustment Problems:An Application of the Social Cognitive Career Theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 교육대학교에 재학 중인 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 다음의 연구문제들을 다루려고 한다. 첫째, 교육대학교 재학생 중 진로정체성이 낮은 집단(잠재적 부적응 집단)과 진로정체성이 높은 집단은 전공만족도, 자기효능감, 결과기대, 흥미, 진로목표의 수준에 있어 차이를 보이는가? 둘째, 진로정체성 수준이 낮은 집단과 진로정체성이 높은 집단의 진로목표는 사회인지 진로이론의 가정과 같이 자기효능감, 결과기대, 흥미에 의해 예측될 수 있는가? 셋째, Holland(1997) 이론의 가정과 같이 개인의 흥미와 전공 간 흥미의 일치도는 전공 만족도와 유의하게 관련되는가? 이 연구문제들 중 사회인지 진로이론과 Holland이론의 가정에 대한 검증과 관련된 둘째와 셋째 연구문제에 대해서 다음과 같은 가설을 설정하였다. 첫째, 자기효능감, 결과기대, 흥미는 진로정체성 수준이 낮은 집단과 높은 집단의 진로목표를 유의하게 예측할 것이다. 둘째, 개인과 전공 간 흥미의 일치도는 전공 만족도와 유의하게 관련될 것이다.연구방법
