상담성과 측정을 위한 상담성과척도(Outcome Questionnaire-30: OQ-30)의 타당화 = A Validity Study on Outcome Questionnaire-30 (OQ-30) with Korean Clients

The present study was conducted to validate Outcome Questionnaire-30 developed by Vermeersch, Lambert, & Burlingame(2000) with Korean clients from natural counseling settings. The OQ-30 was developed to evaluate counseling outcome from client's perspective and one of the widely used in western countries. We followed translation and back-translation process and 342 Korean clients participated in the study. The participants responded to the OQ-30 prior to the first counseling session and their responses were analyzed for construct validity using the Structural Equation Model. For the reliability, internal consistency and test-retest reliability were checked with 33 college student and community sample. Also, cultural validity of items and subscales were examined by 4 counseling psychologists and counseling psychology professors. Results showed the same three factor structures as shown in western culture. Also, the results of test-retest reliability and internal consistency showed that the OQ-30 is reliable with Korean sample.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대학생 및 만19세 이상 성인 내담자의 상담성과를 측정하기 위해 Vermeersch, Lambert, 그리고 Burlingame(2000)이 개발한 Outcome Questionnaire-30(OQ-30)을 번안하고, 남녀 성인 내담자 342명에게 1회기 전에 OQ-30설문지를 실시하여 내적합치도와 구인타당도를 검증하였다. 그리고 대학생 및 성인 33명을 대상으로 3주 간격 검사-재검사 신뢰도를, 교수와 상담전문가 4인에게 각 문항과 요인에 대한 문화적 타당도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 한글판 OQ-30은 영어판과 동등한 3 요인구조가 지지되었으며, 내적 합치도와 3주 간격 검사-재검사 신뢰도에서 높은 일관성을 나타내었으며, 우리나라 문화에서도 대체로 적절한 문항과 요인인 것으로 나타났다.
