장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 효과분석 = 경향점수에 의한 결합표집방법을 활용하여

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 한국장애인고용패널 3차∼4차년도 자료를 이용하였으며, 반사실적 자료분석(counterfactual data analysis)의 경향점수(propensity score)를 매칭하는 방법을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 추가적으로 경향점수를 층화방법, 회귀분석의 혼동변수로 사용한 방법, 반실험확률가중법(inverse probability of treatment weight), 이중로버스트(double robust)방법을 실시하였다. 장애수용과 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼동변수를 고려하여 모든 방법을 적용한 결과, 계수에서 다소 차이를 보이지만 일관되게 장애수용이 높은 장애인이 낮은 장애인에 비하여 생활만족도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 장애수용을 통한 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to learn about the effects that a disabled person’s acceptance of one’s own disability has on the life satisfaction level, this study used the phase 3 and phase 4 material from the South Korea Disabled Employment Panel, and a method that matched the propensity score of counterfactual data analysis was utilized for analysis. Additionally, a method that used propensity score as stratification method and as confounding variables of regression analysis was conducted and also the inverse probability of treatment weight and double robust methods were conducted. As a result of applying all the methods by taking into consideration the confounding variables that affect acceptance of disability and life satisfaction level, although there were some differences in the coefficients, it was ascertained that a disabled person with high acceptance of one’s disability consistently showed a higher life satisfaction level than disabled persons with low acceptance. Based on such results, practical implications and future challenges were presented for improving the life satisfaction level through disabled persons’ acceptance of one’s disability.
