긍정 심리치료가 발달 장애 아동 어머니의 우울, 부모 효능감 및 양육 스트레스에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 긍정 심리치료 프로그램이 발달 장애 아동 어머니의 우울, 부모 효능감, 양육 스트레스에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. J시에 소재하는 장애 아동 유치원, 복지 센터 및 부모회 5곳을 통해 본 연구에 참여 의사가 있는 총 20명의 참가자를 모집하였다. 20명의 어머니들을 대상으로 긍정 심리치료집단과 통제 집단에 각각 10명씩 무선 할당을 한 후, 긍정 심리치료집단의 참가자들의 동의를 구했다. 긍정 심리치료 프로그램은 8주 동안 총 8회기에 걸쳐 시행되었는데, 치료 집단에서 초기에 1명이 중도 탈락되었고 통제 집단에서는 사후 검사의 자료를 얻지 못해 역시 1명이 중도 탈락되었다. 따라서, 긍정 심리치료 프로그램 집단 9명, 통제 집단 9명을 대상으로 사전, 사후와 4주 뒤 추적 검사를 했다. 그 결과, 긍정 심리치료 프로그램에 참여한 참가자들은 통제집단보다 우울과 양육 스트레스에서 유의하게 감소되었으며, 그 효과가 추적까지 유지되었다. 또한, 통제집단보다 부모 효능감에서는 유의하게 증가되었으며, 그 효과가 추적까지 유지되었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 향후 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of positive psychotherapy on depression, parenting efficacy, and parenting stress in mothers of children with developmental disabilities. Total 20 mothers who want to participate in this positive psychotherapy program selected through kindergartens and welfare center for disabled children and organization for their parents located in J city. After these 20 mothers were randomly assigned to 10 in positive psychotherapy group and 10 in the control group, we got agreements in mothers who participated in positive psychotherapy group. Positive psychotherapy program was administered for 8 session. However, 1 mother were dropped out at initial session in treatment group and 1 mother in control group were dropped out too, because we couldn’t her get post-test questionnaires. So, we administered pre-test, post-test, 4 weeks follow-up test to mothers of each group. As a result, the results of this study were as follows: depression, parenting stress of treatment group were decrease more than those of the control group, and these effects still maintained at follow-up period. Also, parenting efficacy was increased in treatment group, and this effect still maintained at follow-up period. Finally, the implications and the limitations of this study, and the suggestions for future study were also discussed.
