결혼이주여성 임파워먼트 척도 개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 임파워먼트 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초작업으로서 결혼이주여성의 특성을 반영하여 임파워먼트 수준을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 이론적 검토와 전문가 조사를 통해 구성된 임파워먼트 척도에 대해 27개 다문화 관련기관의 결혼이주여성에게 우편조사를 실시하여 총 525개 사례에 대해 최종분석을 실시하였다. 결혼이주여성 임파워먼트 척도에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 실시한 결과, 전체 임파워먼트에 대한 α값은 .924로 나타났고, 하위차원별로 볼 때에는 다소 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 항목이 삭제된 경우 Cronbach‘s α값을 고려하면서 수정된 항목-전체 상관관계가 .3 이하인 문항은 삭제하는 과정을 거쳤다. 신뢰도 분석 후, 추출된 48개 문항에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 6개 요인으로 구분되었다. 그 결과 개인적 임파워먼트에 대한 문항은 개인적 능력, 집단에 대한 인식, 자기결정?자율성의 3개 요인으로, 대인관계 임파워먼트는 지각?자율과 역할?표현의 2개 요인으로, 정치사회 임파워먼트는 지도자능력의 1개 요인으로 구성되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 도출된 35문항의 결혼이주여성 임파워먼트 척도의 요인구조를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 최종적으로 30문항으로 추출되었고, RMSEA는 .053으로 양호한 수준이었다. RMR은 .04로 나타나 양호한 수치였고, CFI와 IFI는 .90 이상으로 나타났고, TLI는 .90에는 미치지 못하였지만 매우 근접한 수치를 보여 본 모형은 좋은 모형으로 간주할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the empowerment scale for marriage immigrant women, which is able to reflect the characteristics of marriage immigrant women. For this study, theoretical review, survey with experts and main survey were conducted. And final analysis is performed on the total of 525 cases of marriage immigrant women in 27 service centers who are providing multicultural programs through mail survey about empowerment scale conducted by theoretical review and experts discussion. Reliability analysis is performed to verify the empowerment scale for marriage immigrant women and α-value of total empowerment resulted as .924. Therefore, when the questions are deleted, the corrected item-total correlations considered by the value of Cronbach‘s α, the questions below .3 were eliminated. After reliability analysis is performed, exploratory factor analysis has processed on 48 extracted questions and are categorized into six factors, and intrapersonal empowerment questions are categorized into 3 factors, self-ability, perception toward group, self-determination and autonomy. Interpersonal empowerment questions are categorized into 2, perceive and autonomy, role and expression. Socio-political empowerment is composed of 1 factor on the leadership ability. Confirmatory factor analysis is performed to verify factor structure on 35 questions of empowerment scale for marriage immigrant women drawn from exploratory factor analysis and the result shows a moderate level of .053 in RMSEA. RMR appears as moderate level of .04 which is below .05, CFI and IFI show over .90, TLI did not reach .90 but shows a very approximate level to be considered as a good model. The implication of this study are discussed based on these results.
