국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 현행 교육과정의 내용 생성 관련 교육 내용들을 비판적으로 검토한 뒤, 아리스토텔레스의 『수사학』에서 언급하는 내용 생성의 구체적 전략들을 소개하고 내용 생성의 교육 내용화하는 것을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 아리스토텔레스에 따르면 수사학은 ‘변론, 즉 설득하는 말하기의 학문’이다. 그리고 설득의 방법은 ‘인격에 의한 설득, 감정에 의한 설득, 변론 자체에 의한 설득’의 세 가지가 있는데, 이는 그 자체로 내용 생성 방법의 분류가 된다. 아리스토텔레스는 설득하는 말하기의 갈래별로 논점을 열거하여 활용할 수 있게 하였으며, 이러한 설득하는 말하기를 ‘수사학적 변론’ 내지 ‘설득 추론’이라고 불렀다. 글쓰기가 ‘쓰기 목적을 바탕으로 하여 목적에 맞는 내용을 선정하고, 선정된 내용을 조직하여 표현하는 활동’이라고 할 때, 내용 생성은 글쓰기의 핵심단계라는 점이 분명하다. 그러나 내용 생성은 결코 무질서하게 이루어져서는 안 된다. 내용 생성은 ‘쓰기 목적에 맞는 구체적이고 가치 있는 내용을 효과적으로 생성할 수 있는 실행 가능한 지침’을 바탕으로 성립하며, 이 논문에서는 그러한 지침의 한 모범적인 예를 아리스토텔레스의 『수사학』에서 발견하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis investigates the education contents of making contents in the current curriculum, and shows the concrete strategy of making contents in the Aristotle`s Rhetoric, and suggests the new contents of expression education. According to Aristotle, Rhetoric is the study on the discussion, the study on the speech to persuade. The methods of persuasion are three: persuasion by the speaker`s character, persuasion by the hearer`s emotion, persuasion by the discussion itself. this is in itself the classification of the method of making contents. Aristotle enumerates the topics of persuasive speech according to the genre of speech, and he calls this persuasive speech ``rhetorical speech`` or ``persuasive reasoning``. It is obvious that the stage of making contents is the core process of writing in that writing is ``the activity of constructing the selected contents by the purpose of writing``. But the making contents should not be performed disorderedly. The making contents stands on the applicable indicator which can create concrete and valuable contents fixing to the purpose of writing, and this thesis discovered the nice example of that indicator in the Aristotle`s Rhetoric.
