다문화교육사의 실천적 역량과 기능에 관한 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 다문화교육사 양성 프로그램 과정 참여자들을 대상으로 다문화교육사가 갖추어야할 실천적 역량과 기능을 탐구하고자 한다. 다문화교육사 양성교육에 관한 참여자들의 전반적인 의식과 실태를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 다문화교육사의 역량과 역할은 '의사소통 능력'과 '인간존중'을 갖추어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통의 원활한 진행은 자기 존중과 타인 존중이 균형을 이루는 것으로, 이것은 다문화교육 전문 인력이 갖추어야 할 기본 요건이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, 다문화교육사교과과정은 '다문화교육의 이해'가 가장 중요한 교과목으로 나타났으며, 추가 개설을 요하는 교과목은 '주요 국가 언어 및 교수법', '다문화가정론', '상담 기술' 등으로 현장경험과 관련 있는 과목으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 교육사에 대한 인식 및 태도는 '업무능력 향상', '교양함양', '다문화교육사 자격증 취득' 등과 같은 참여 동기를 통해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이 연구에서 나온 결과들은 대학 부설 평생교육원 차원에서 운영하는 다문화교육사 양성 프로그램의 조직과 실천에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study conduct demands and competence researches of participants who take courses for multicultural education. The results of recognition and condition about the education for multicultural education specialist are followed; First, the role and capability of multicultural education specialist show that he or she should has ability to communication and respect human being. Communicating smoothly means balance between respect of oneself and of other people, which is basic requirement to be specialist. Second, it show that 'understanding multicultural education' is the most important subject in the courses for multicultural education specialist. Also, 'languages and teaching methods of main countries', 'studies in multicutual family', and 'skill for consultation' need to be open. Third, recognition and attitude in regards of multicultural education specialist has been positively cognized through incentives such as increasing ability to deal with tasks, enhancing citizen's attitude, and acquiring certification of multicultural education specialist. The results of this study would contributed to develop the program for multicultural education specialist, which are expected to promote specialist who can deal with problems caused in multicultural society.
