체조선수의 자기관리와 체조경기 상황 대처의 관계 = Relation between Gymnasts’ Self-Management and How They Cope with the Situation during Gymnastics Competition

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체조선수의 자기관리와 체조경기 상황 대처의 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 체조선수 246명을 집락무선표집하였다. 조사도구로 자기관리는 허정훈(2003), 체조경기 상황 대처는 유진, 박성준(1998)이 개발한 척도를 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 자료처리는 기술통계분석, 일원변량분석 그리고 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통하여 체조 선수의 자기관리와 체조경기 상황 대처의 관계를 분석한 결과 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 자기관리와 체조경기 상황 대처는 부분적으로 차이가 있다. 둘째, 체조 선수의 자기관리와 체조경기 상황 대처는 관계가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the relation between gymnasts’ self-management and how they cope with the situation during gymnastics competition closely. to fulfill this goal, the objects of study are 246 gymnasts were selected by stratified cluster random sampling. For the research tools, revised and supplemented athletes self-management questionnaire (ASMQ) developed by Huh JungHun (2003) was used in terms of self-management, in terms of how they cope with the situation during gymnastics competition, Korean Athlete Sport Coping Scale (KASCS) developed by YuJin, Park SungJun (1998) was revised and supplemented to the goal. To process data, SPSS PC+ 15.0 Version statistical program for WINDOWS was used and descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted. The analysis of relation between gymnas’ self-management and how they cope with the situation during gymnastics competition through the above processing found the conclusion as follows: First, self-management and how they cope with the situation during gymnastics competition according to the demographic features are partially different. Second, there is relation between gymnasts" self-management and how they cope with the situation during gymnastics competition.
