OECD DAC 성과평가기준을 이용한 ODA 평가 한 베 산업기술학교 사례 = ODA Evaluation Based on the OECD DAC Performance Evaluation Principles: Case Study of Korean-Vietnamese Vacational Training Institute

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

ODA has to contribute promoting development and encouraging development opportunities in the recipient countries. The feedback mechanism of ODA evaluation is quite necessary to increase aid effectiveness. This study evaluate the performance of ODA for Korea-Vietnamese Vocational Training Institute(KVVTI) using OECD DAC principles. We develop questionnaires based on the six principles of DAC, relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, and cross-cutting issues. The results of qualitative analysis with in-depth interview show that ODA effectiveness depends upon the cooperation between donor and recipient countries, and the role of ODA activists and its networks with teachers and students of KVVTI in the recipients. In addition, respondents who aware ODA projects, has more likely to be satisfied in questionnaires.
