금융위기 이후의 소득재분배 정책의 효과 -한국복지패널을 이용한- = Effects of the Redistribution Policies after the Financial Crisis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study made a thorough investigation into the trend of the poverty rate, the poverty gap, the income inequality index(the Gini coefficient), and the polarization index(DER) of the family disposable income, as well as the decomposition of them by income sources, by Korea Welfare Panel Study(KOWEPS) which was offered by Korean Institute for health and social affair(KIHASA). The results of the analysis were that the poverty rate, the poverty gap and the income inequality index was improving form 2005 to 2011, but the polarization index, even if hesitated in 2008, was worsen. This showed that the interesting about the policy for the family income, has to transfer from the poverty rate, the poverty gap, the income inequality to the polarization index. Especially, Other Government subsidy which included National Basic Livelihood Security(NBLS), Earning Income Tax Credit(EITC), and Basic Old-Age Pension(BOAP), Tax, and Social Security Contribution was improving the degree of the polarization.
