중·고등학교 골프선수들의 지도자 특성과 지도자신뢰, 만족 및 충성도의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중·고등학교 골프선수들을 지도하는 지도자들의 특성과 학생 선수들의 지도자 신뢰, 만족, 충성도의 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 2012년 개최된 2개의 골프대회에 참가한 중·고등학교 선수 280명을 대상으로 SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0과 AMOS 7.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 구조적 인과관계를 분석하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중·고등학교 골프선 수들의 지도자 특성 중 지도자의 전문성은 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 지도자의 호감과 접촉빈도는 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중·고등학교 골프선수들의 지도자 특성 하위변인인 지도자의 전문성, 지도자 호감과 접촉빈도 모두가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중·고등학교 골프선수들의 지도자 신뢰는 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중·고등학교 골프선수들의 지도자 신뢰는 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 중·고등학교 골프선수들의 만족은 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the relation between golf coach`s characteristic, satisfaction, reliance and royalty middle and high school golf players who takes a lesson from the golf coaches. The subjects of this study are 280 middle and high school golf players who participated in two golf tournaments, finally we use 250 questionnaire for analysis. All statistical analyses were performed with SPSS(Ver. 18.0), AMOS(Ver. 7.0) statistical software program. To verify the causal relation of golf coach`s characteristic, satisfaction, reliance and royalty on middle and high school golf players who participated in golf tournaments. The result of this study were as follows; First, the survey revealed that professionalism, which is a subordinate factor of the relational characteristic of a golf coaches, did not have a positive effect on reliability in a coaches. but the favorable impression and contact frequency which is a subordinate factor of relational characteristic of a golf coaches, had a positive effect on reliability in a coaches. Second, the professionalism, favorable impression and contact frequency which is a subordinate factor of relational characteristic of a golf coaches, had a positive effect on satisfaction in a coaches. Third, the reliability in a coaches was not found to have a positive effect on satisfaction in a coaches. Fourth, the reliability in a coaches was found to have a positive effect on a coach`s loyalty. Fifth, the satisfaction in a coaches was found to have a positive effect on a coach`s loyalty.
