교회교육과정으로서의 현대 청소년 기독교교육의 교육적 과제

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 교회교육과정이 안고 있는 문제점들을 인식하고 변화의 요청을 수용하면서 청소년들이 교회를 떠나는 감소현상과 청소년 일탈현상을 회복하고 계속적인 영적인 성장을 하게 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 위하여 첫째 교회는 청소년 교회교육에 대한 시대적인 요청과 시대적 상황을 수용하여야 한다. 둘째 청소년 교육의 교회교육과정으로서의 올바른 신학적인 방법론적 이론을 형성해야 한다. 셋째 청소년들의 영적 성장을 위한 교육으로 새로운 방향을 찾아 전환할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년들의 영적성장을 위한 교육과정의 교육내용의 과제를 점검하게 될 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 먼저 영적인 성장을 위한 교회교육과정의 개념과 구성 원리를 살펴봐야 한다. 그 다음으로 교회교육과정의 과제와 그의 새로운 이해를 고찰하는 것이 필요하다. 끝으로 그 동안 세상과 마주 대해 왔던 지난 수세기의 교회의 삶을 통해서 형성된, 사도행전에 나타난 초대 기독교인들의 교육과정으로 복귀하고 회복시키는 것이다. 사도행전 2: 32, 42-46)의 “이 예수를 하나님이 살리신 지라, 우리가 다 이 일에 증인이로다.(케리그마) 저희가 사도의 가르침을 받아(디다케, 케리그마) 서로 교제하며(코이노니아), 떡을 떼며 기도하기를 전혀 힘 쓰니라(레이투르기아) 믿는 사람이 다함께 있어 물건을 서로 통용하고(코이노니아), 또 재산과 소유를 팔아 각 사람의 필요에 따라 나눠주고(디아코니아).” 이 다섯 가지 내용들이 포함되는 교회교육과정을 소개함으로서 교회의 교육과정의 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the educational methods for the continual spiritual growth of youth while recognizing the problems in the educational curriculum of the church and the acceptance of the call for change in the face of the trend in the reduction of youth as they leave the church and the ongoing efforts to reverse this trend. For this purpose, there must be an acceptance of the demands and situation of contemporary society. Furthermore, a curriculum must be formed with correct methodologies in theological theory. Additionally, there is a need for a new educational direction for the spiritual growth in youth. Therefore, this study will examine the task of the development of an educational curriculum for the spiritual growth of youth. For this purpose, we must first examine the principles and conceptual organization of the educational curriculum of the church. Then it is necessary to consider the challenges and new understanding of the church curriculum. Finally, there must be a return to the Early Church educational curriculum that has been formed over the last centuries through the life of the church. Acts 2:32, 42-46 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it(kerygma). They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching(didache, kerygma) and to fellowship(koinonia), to the breaking of bread and to prayer(leiturgia). Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles(koinonia). All the believers were together and had everything in common(diakonia). Through these five areas a direction for the church educational curriculum will be suggested.
