기부문화와 행복 고찰 = Consideration the culture of giving and happiness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 기부문화는 더 이상 낯설지 않은 용어로 사용되며, 다양한 분야에서 다변화된 형태로 확산되고 있다. 기부문화가 이처럼 사회적인 현상으로 부상한 것은 여러 가지 요인이 복합적으로 작용한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 1970년대에 시작된 ‘이웃돕기성금’ 모금이 우리 사회 내에서 이웃에 대한 관심을 기울이는데 매우 중요한 계기가 되었다. 1998년 ‘사회복지 공동모금회’ 설립은 우리 사회에서 모금활동을 하나의 제도로 정착시키고 민간 사회복지 서비스 영역을 실질적으로 지원하는 대표적인 기관으로서 위치를 확고히 하고 비영리조직들의 사업수행 능력을 키우는 동시에 정부의 정책을 견인하는 중요한 역할을 수행해 왔다. 금품뿐만 아니라 전문적인 기술, 재능 등 점점 다양해지는 기부의 형태와 우리 사회의 자발적인 기부문화 확산을 위한 방안을 알아보고 사회공헌활동에 적극적인 기업의 이미지 및 브랜드 가치 상승을 통해 이익창출의 극대화와 지속 가능 경영의 선순환 관계와 개인 기부를 통해 사회에 기여한다는 심리적 행복과 삶의 활력을 얻는 나눔의 실천에 대해 생각해 보고자 한다.

Recent donation culture is used as a term that is no stranger, no longer has spread and diversified in various fields in the form.
