The first Purpose of this study is to identify the path relation among emotional intelligence which is regarded as an ability model, creativity, transformational leadership, and achievement by using Structural Equation Model. The second purpose of this study is to identify the significance of total effect, indirect effect, and direct effect by using bootstrapping method. The third purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of the path between girls group and boys group by using Multiple Group Structural Equation Model. The fourth purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of the path between students of Special Purpose High schools, which include Foreign Language High Schools and Science High Schools, and students of high schools by using Multiple Group Structural Equation Model. The subjects of this study are 710 students in second grade. The method used in this study are SEM and Multiple Group Structural Equation Model. To test the effect such emotional intelligence as this, this study presented Convergent Validity and Discriminant Validity of the test of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership and the results of Measurement Equivalence test of the groups between girls students and boys students and the groups between high school students and Special Purpose High School students. The verified results of this study are as followed. First, the path between emotional intelligence and achievement have an significant effect. Second, the path between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership and the path between transformational leadership and creativity have significant effects. Third, the indirect effects between emotional intelligence and the related variables is verified as significant effects by using bootstrapping method. Fifth, the difference of the path between girls group and boys group has no significant effects. And Last, the only path between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership between high school students and Special Purpose High School students has significant results.
