예비창업자의 개인적 특성에 따른 창업교육 필요성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Necessity of Entrepreneurship Education along with the Characters of Entrepreneur

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Entrepreneurs are needed systematic understanding for entrepreneurship and the ability because entrepreneurship is based on small size as well as entrepreneur chooses item, developing the model and products, financing, marketing, and managing organization by themselves.
Entrepreneurship education can be applicable to the people who are preparing the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs who are already opened business by obtaining information and knowledge as they are effectively coping with decision-making and changing business environment.
This paper researches how the entrepreneurs think the necessity about the entrepreneurship education, and how they feel the level of necessity about the contents. Also, this research examines the changes between before and after receiving the education. In addition, it tests whether the characters of entrepreneurs such as gender, age, education, field they interest, and experience are different with the necessity of contents in the entrepreneurship education.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

창업은 소규모로 이루어지는 경우가 많고, 창업자가 사업 아이템 선정, 비즈니스 모델 개발, 제품개발, 재무, 마케팅, 조직관리 등에 대해 스스로 해야 하기 때문에 창업에 대한 체계적인 이해와 능력이 필요하다.
창업교육은 창업에 관한 정보와 지식 등을 습득하게 하여 의사결정이나 직무환경변화 등에 효율적으로 대처하게 함으로써, 창업을 준비하는 사람들뿐만 아니라 미래에 창업을 하려는 사람과 창업한 기업가들에게까지 폭 넓게 활용될 수 있다.
본 연구에서는 현재 이루어지고 있는 창업교육에 대해 창업자들은 그 필요성에 대해 어떻게 생각하는지, 각 교육내용에 대해 어느 정도의 필요성을 느끼고 있는지에 대해 알아보고, 창업교육을 받기 전과 창업교육을 받은 후 그 필요성의 정도에 변화가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 또 창업자들의 특성 즉, 성별, 연령, 학력, 창업하려는 분야, 창업경험에 따라 창업교육의 각 내용에 대한 필요성이 차이가 있는가 알아보고자 한다.
