AI(Appreciative Inquiry) 기반 수업 역량 향상 프로그램 개발 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Appreciative Inquiry is the cooperative co-evolutionary search for the best in people, their organizations, and the world around them. This study developed the program for improving teaching skills based on Appreciative Inquiry. In order to develop the AI program, this research project selected “Mastery of teaching” as a ‘positive core’. “Mastery of teaching” consists of the communication, teaching methods, specialized knowledge, and personality. The program consists of four steps: Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. First, in the discovery step, participants search and share their own strengths and the best teaching experience by using a 1:1 cross-interview method. Second, in the dream step, they discuss and draw their future vision by utilizing the World Cafe method. Third, in the design step, they make concrete ideas for action plans. Fourth, in the destiny step, they established a personal commitment to the practice. After the program, they evaluated how the program would be useful to develop teacher competency.
