교육 프로그램 개발 모형의 분석 : 프로그램 평가를 위한 시사점 논의 = Discussion on Program Development Models and Their Implications to Program Evaluation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문의 목적은 교육프로그램개발과 교육프로그램평가의 관계를 파악하여 교수공학자를 포함하는 교육전문가에게 교육프로그램을 개발하고 활용할 때 평가의 중요성을 인식시켜서 개발과 평가를 분리시키기보다는 통합할 필요가 있음을 밝히는데 있다. 교육프로그램개발 또는 교수체제개발의 일반모형인 ADDIE와 프로그램평가의 일반모형인 CIPP를 바탕으로 성과를 중시하는 네 가지의 교육프로그램 개발모형들, 즉 High-IMPACT 훈련모형, Training for Impact 정근, 결과기반 HRD모형, 그리고 경영성과지향 ISD모형을 분석하였다. 여기에서 교육전문가, 교수설계자, 그리고 교수공학자에게 주는 세 가지의 시사점이 도출되었다. 첫째, 프로그램 개발과 프로그램 평가가 매우 강하게 연결되어 있다는 점이다. 둘째, 본고에서 밝혀진 네 가지의 모형에서와 같이 영향력 있고 성과를 추구하는 교육프로그램개발 모형에는 ADDIE의 각 요소와 CIPP의 각 요소가 모두 찰 반영되어 있다는 점이다. 넷째, 교수설계자와 교육프로그램개발자는 좁게는 프로그램 개발의 각 단계의 시작부터 그 단계의 끝까지 체계적으로 확인하면서, 넓게는 프로그램 자체를 체제적으로 생각하면서 평가를 고려해야 한다는 점이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to provide education specialists and instructional technologists the importance of integrating program evaluation to program development by identifying the relationship of educational program development and evaluation. In this paper, 4 educational program development models including High-IMPAC Training Model, Training for Impact Approach, Result-Based HRD Model, and Business Impact ISD Model were analysed on the basis of ADDIE, the generic model of ISD, and CIPP, the generic model of program evaluation. Three implications were derived form the analysis for educational practitioners and instructional technologists. First, program development and program evaluation are closely related. Second, all the 4 educational program development models reflect all components of ADDIE and CIPP. Third, instructional designers and program developers should be able to demonstrate both systematic and systemic approach to integrate' program development and evaluation.
