Objective: This study investigated the satisfaction .of the life .of the .old man who is in a geriatric hospi- tal in the Busan area medical and welfare facilities for the elderly. In addition, this study ex?amined the relationship between the general characteristics and facilities .of expertise, activities .of daily living and Life satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose .of this study is to provide basic data for improving the life satisfaction .of the elderly admitted to hospital Based an these, Methods :The study period was August 20-September 14. The target is in a geriatric hospital -in Busan area and whether the normal subjects aged 65 and alder, 117 people were surveyed. Analysis .of the descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOYA, correlation analysis was conducted, Results :Religion, frequency .of going out, and perceived health status were statistically significant dif-ferences in life satisfaction. Family correspondence(p<.0l), subjective health st8tus(p<.0l), and activities .of daily Living(p < .01) showed a significant correlation with life satisfaction, Conclusion: Family support health promotion programs, strengthen the training .of activities .of daily living is proposed in .order to improve the satisfaction .of the life .of senior medical welfare facilities Elders.
