The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of wage satisfaction on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of taekwondo instructors at taekwondo training centers. To accomplish the purpose, following research topics were established. First, the effects of wage satisfaction on the job satisfaction of taekwondo instructors. Second, the effects of wage satisfaction on the organizational commitment of taekwondo instructors. Researchers studied a total of 300 individuals among instructors in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, South Korea, using a systematic random sampling. However, for the actual data analysis, only 295 individuals were included, eliminating 5 survey questionnaires which were considered to be insincere answers or some items were omitted. As to statistical processing methods, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 18.0 program. This study revealed that wage satisfaction sub-factors such as welfare, and wage management, had a significant influence on job satisfaction. Sub-dimensions of wage satisfaction wage level, welfare, and wage management were found to significantiy influence organizational commitment as well.
