자원봉사 지속의지 영향 요인 분석 : 공공봉사동기이론의 적용을 중심으로 = An Analysis on the Influencing Factors on the Will of Persistent Volunteering : From the Perspective of PSM Theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 공공서비스 분야에서 활동하는 자원봉사자의 참여동기를 공공봉사동기(Public Service Motivation: PSM) 이론 관점에서 설명하고, 지속의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 공공봉사 동기이론의 관점에 따라 참여동기는 합리적 동기, 규범적 동기, 정서적 동기로 구분하였고, 선행연구를 통해 직무만족과 지속의지를 정의하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 합리적 동기, 규범적 동기, 정서적 동기와 지속의지는 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 참여동기와 만족성과의 관계에서 합리적 동기와 직무만족이 유의미한 것으로 나타났고, 규범적 동기와 정서적 동기는 기각되었다. 셋째, 매개변수인 직무만족은 지속의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과는 자원봉사자들이 공공봉사동기를 갖고 자원봉사에 참여하고 있으며, 높은 공공봉사동기는 자원봉사 활동 지속의지로 이어진다는 것을 확인해 주고 있다.
