지역대학 성인대학생의 대학생활적응에 대한 사회적지원, 학업탄력성, 자아존중감의 영향력 분석 = The effects of Social Support, Academic Resilience, Self-Esteem on the University Life Adaptation of Non-traditional Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인대학생의 대학생활적응에 대한 개인배경, 사회적 지원, 학업탄력성, 자 아존중감의 영향력을 분석하였다. 조사는 광주·전남지역의 전문대학 및 일반대학의 26 세 이상 성인대학생 대상으로 800부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 자료분석에는 653부가 이용 되었다. 성인대학생의 개인배경별로 대학생활적응 및 하위요인들에 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결 과, 월소득을 제외한 성별, 결혼여부, 전문대학 및 대학간, 근로형태별, 연령별에 있어서 차이를 보였다. 성인대학생의 사회적 지원, 학업탄력성, 자아존중감의 대학생활적응 및 하위요인들에 대한 영향력을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생활적응에는 자아존중감, 직장선후배 및 동료지원 등이, 심리육체적응에는 자아존중감, 직장선후배 및 동료 지원 등이, 교육의질적응에는 학업탄력성, 자아존중감 등이, 성인학생관계적응에는 학업탄력성, 대학선후배 및 동료 지원, 자아존중감 등이, 대학공부적응에는 자아존중감이, 일반학생관 계적응에는 자아존중감, 직장선후배 및 동료 지원 등이, 외부상황적응에는 직장선후배 및 동료 지원, 자아존중감 등이 영향력 있는 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구결과를 반영하 여 대학내·외에 적용될 수 있는 제안들을 제시하였다.
