인문학적 접근을 통한 투기 도전활동 교육 프로그램 개발 = 태권도를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 인문학적 접근을 통한 투기 도전활동인 태권도의 교육프로그램을 개발하여 현장에서 활동하고 있는 체육교사의 교수능력 향상과 학생들의 참여도와 학습효과를 높이는 프로그램을 제시하는데 있다. 인문학적인 접근을 통한 투기 도전활동인 태권도 교육프로그램은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도의 정의를 이해하기. 둘째, 태권도의 역사 이해하기, 셋째, 태권도를 통해 심리학적, 윤리적, 국가관적 정신을 함양하기. 넷째, 태권도의 정신적, 신체적, 전통적, 교육적, 무도적 가치 등 교육적 가치를 이해하기. 다섯째, 태권도의 기본동작, 품새, 겨루기, 격파, 호신술 등 기술분류에 의한 철학과 역사 그리고 원리를 이해하기. 여섯째, 태권도와 관련된 영화보기와 감상문 작성하기. 일곱째, 수업내용에 의한 다양한 태권도 경기나 교육 영상보기이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of this study are to improve the ability to teach physical education teacher, to present programs of students` participation and to increase learning effectiveness by Taekwondo training program, one-on-one physical match of challenge activity, through humanities approach. Taekwondo training program, one-on-one physical match of challenge activity, through humanities approach is as follows: First, it is to understand the definition of Taekwondo. Second one is to understand the history of Taekwondo. Third, it is to foster the spirit of psychological, ethical, optimistic country through Taekwondo. Fourth, it is to understand the educational value including mental, physical, traditional, educational, martial arts values of Taekwondo. Fifth, It is to understand the philosophy, history, principles by the classification techniques of basic actions, poomsae, gyeorugi, breaking, self-defense of Taekwondo. Sixth, it is to watch movies and to write a book report related Taekwondo. Seventh, it is to see the various plays and an educational video of Taekwondo.
