부모지지가 청소년의 진로포부 및 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Parental Support on Career Aspiration, Career Attitude Maturity of Late Adolescence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모지지와 청소년의 진로포부 및 진로태도성숙과의 관계를 살펴보고, 부모지지가 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 진로포부가 매개변인으로 작용하는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역에 재학 중인 남녀 고등학생 462명을 대상으로 부모지지 척도, 진로포부 척도, 진로태도성숙 척도를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모지지와 진로포부 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관을, 부모지지와 진로태도성숙 간에도 부분적인 상관을 보였으며, 진로포부와 진로태도성숙 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 부모지지는 진로포부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 하위요인 중 정서적지지만이 진로포부에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모지지는 진로태도성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 하위요인 중 정서적지지만이 진로태도성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 진로포부는 진로 태도성숙에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 부모지지와 진로태도성숙 사이에서 진로포부는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 청소년이 진로선택 및 결정에 대하여 스스로 계획하고 준비하는 성숙된 태도로 발전해 가는데 있어서 진로포부가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine relationship among parental support, career aspiration and career attitude maturity of late adolescence. It also investigated the mediating effect of career aspiration on relationship between parental support and career attitude maturity. Participants were 462 high school students. The results were as follows. First, there were significant correlations between parental support and career aspiration, and parental support and career attitude maturity. Second, the effect of perceived parental support on career aspiration was significant and, among parental support index, only the measure of emotional support showed a significance in its effect. The effect of parental support on career attitude maturity was also significant and emotional support among parental support index showed a significance in its effect. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of career aspiration on relationship between parental support and career attitude maturity. These results suggest that career aspiration may be a important factor for late adolescents to consider and develop their career plan.
