유아교사들 간의 협동과 관련된 사회조직적 변인 연구: 사립유치원을 중심으로 = Socio-Organizational Variables Related to Teachers' Collaborations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사립유치원을 중심으로 유아교사들 간의 협동과 관련된 사회조직적 변인을 알아보는데 목적을 두었고, 부수적으로 유아교사들 간의 협동과 교사들의 개인적 특성의 관련성도 알아보았다. 먼저 이론적인 측면에서 총괄적으로 교육에서의 협동이란 개념을 정리하였다. 그리고 교수활동에 대한 확신, 공유된 목표, 의사결정에의 참여, 팀티칭을 사회조직으로서의 학교 조직의 변인으로 가정하고 이들 각 변인을 매개로 학교조직과 학교조직의 구성원인 교사들 간의 협동의 관련성을 연구한 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적을 살펴보기 위해 설문지를 작성한 후 이를 발송·회수·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 팀티칭, 교수목표에 대한 공유, 의사결정에의 참여가 유아교사들 간의 협동과 의미 있는 사회조직적 변인으로 나타났다. 또, 유아요사의 학력이 높을수록 협동에 더욱 적극적인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아교사들의 협동을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates the socio-organizational variables which are related to teachers' collaborations in private kindergartens, as well as the relation between teachers' collaboration and teachers' personalities. Firstly, the notion of collaboration in the setting of education is theoretically reviewed in general terms. Next, teacher certainty, shared goals, involvement in decision-making, and team teaching are supposed to be the variables of school organization as social organization. In terms of these variables, previous studies which investigated the relations between school organizations and their member were reviewed. In order to achieve the aim of this study a questionnair was prepared, sent, collected, and analyzed. As a consequence, team teaching, shared teaching goals, and involvement in decision-making were found to be significant socio-organizational variables related to teachers' collaborations. In addition, the teachers with more education were revealed to collaborate more actively. Suggestions to encourage teachers' collaboration are provided.
